| Based on our experience, we know that CVS measurement for plating lines cannot wait for weeks to have the equipment repaired. Our after-sales service policy is to provide, in case of emergency, a drop-in spare system waiting for the repair to be done and so even after warranty period. |

| Following our large range of analytical procedures available, we can used that experience to support our customers in developping new analytical procedures for their latest released products (especially for chemical suppliers). |

Electrochemical study is done to check the product effect under different conditions. Based on the results, we will choose the proper analytical method (usually brightener or carrier type). Following this study, the last step is to adjust the analytical parameters to give stable and reliable results. Our R&D department constantly work on some new types of analysis. Our last development have been made on pure Tin Brightener analysis. |
